I purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze several weeks ago on a particularly hot day (in the mid-90s). My son and I were surveying the vehicles at the Auto Plaza. A very nice man approached us in a friendly, but non aggressive manner. We discussed my automotive needs and he supplied us with information about the Cruze, which we had noticed. There were new and used models available. He gave us the data on both, with no pressure. He related well to my son and me, as well as my husband who joined us later. We chose the 2013 Cruze Chevrolet, totally our decision. The sales person who presented, sold, and educated me regarding the car was Jared Bartelt. He did a superb job regarding the functioning of the automobile; also showed me the service department and introduced me to one of the staff. Having spent my professional life as a teacher, I give him the highest recommendation. He presented all material in a user friendly manner.   I am easily adapting to driving the Cruze; though it has many features that were not on my previous car. I came in for an oil change. When I picked up my vehicle and opened the door I heard a grating noise that occurs on occasion. Not only did Niko, the service person, explain to me in detail (using language that I could understand) what was causing the noise, he showed me where it was occurring, explained to me why he had chosen a particular product to use on it and what I could expect as a result. The door has opened smoothly and noiselessly ever since. Niko was pleasant, professional, and very helpful. He truly represented Gandrud Chevrolet well.

Enjoyed the waiting area; had an opportunity to watch the national/local news while the service was being completed on my vehicle. I was very favorably impressed with Gandrud's Fast Lane lube-oil change-filter service. The service writer was knowledgeable and friendly. The work was completed as quickly as if I had taken the car to a neighborhood quick-lube business. The waiting room where I read the newspaper was clean, well-lighted, and comfortable. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Gandrud also for the excellence service I received while purchasing my truck. Everyone was really helpful and you could tell your staff really cared about making sure I was "completely satisfied" with everything I was getting. I would especially like to tell you what a great job my sales consultant Dave Bjorkman did. I've never had a sales person care and put as much effort into searching and finding me the exact truck I wanted than Dave did. I bought my previous vehicle from Gandrud "a Chevy Blazer" and always did the maintenance at Gandrud. Last fall I was getting the oil changed and I was walking around the showroom looking at the Silverado's you had on the floor. Dave came up to me then and asked if I had any questions and I told him I was going to start looking for a Silverado starting next spring. Dave went and got me a book on the 2013 silverado and took the time to show me all the features even though I told him I wasn't buying until next spring. He spent a good half an hour with me which told me right then that if I was going to purchase a truck it was going to be from Dave. I contacted Dave about 2 weeks ago and sat down with him for about 2-1/2 hours trying to find me a truck. Dave explained what was all included in each of the package codes that come on the vehicle, showed me what the different packages looked like with the trucks he had on the floor and gave me printouts of all the trucks he found that matched what I wanted. Dave went through (3) dealers trying to get me the truck I wanted. Then once the vehicle was here and we were coming to pick it up, Dave sat down for another 2 hours going thru the truck and showing me all the features. He even took the owner's manual and tab the individual sections along with highlighting the important information in the manual. That blew me out of the water!  That was just one of the many things that showed me Dave not only care about getting me the car I wanted but he really wanted to make sure I was "completely satisfied". I would not only see Dave in the future for any new car purchases but I'm highly recommending him to anyone that is checking out my new truck.

2. The most memorable thing about our experience, was when our salesman Ben was delivering a car to it's new owner on the day we came in to make a deal on our new van. I hope I have his name correct, I think it was Chris. He came over to us and helped us with the purchase of our new van, We told him we already had Ben for our salesman and that Ben had done a very good job for us. Chris said not to worry, Ben would get the credit. We thought that was great, except Chris had done a lot for us and got nothing. We felt bad.
3. Gandrud is serving us wonderfully and we can't, at this time, ask for better.

To Whom It May Concern:
It is not often that our society goes above and beyond for one another. It seems that we are always trying to do what is best for us first and everyone else second (if at all). Dan and I have been putting off buying a new car for quite some time now, in part, because from our previous experiences car buying has always been “buyer last” (sales and profits first). However, nothing could have been further from the truth last Saturday when we first walked into your Nissan dealership!

We came into the Nissan store thinking that we would purchase a late model Altima. Upon our arrival, Tyler (Baker) greeted us in a genuine manner. We didn’t feel like we were just another “possible sale.” Tyler knew we were pressed for time and was amazing in answering questions, getting answers quickly and educating us about your product. We fell in love with the Sentra, but felt we needed to give a look to the Chrysler 200. Tyler was not pushy in any way, shape, or form. He didn’t get snippy when we said we wanted to look at the Chrysler next. In fact, he drove us over there and introduced us to Brandon. From there Brandon was wonderful as well.

To be fair, we couldn’t decide upon a car. It was a tough call because both cars offered unique features and options. We went back and forth for the next few days, and both salesmen were professional, helpful, but most of all patient. They didn’t use the typical pressure tactics that many feel are synonymous with car salesmen. It was so refreshing to see associates stand confidently behind their product, knowledge and professionalism. They used those things to sell cars – not shady and sleazy sales tactics of “talking to my manager” while leaving us to fester for hours on end.

We spent the next few days going back and forth on the Chrysler 200 and Sentra. I stopped out and looked again, but I was growing concerned that they wouldn’t be big enough for us. Tyler answered a hundred more questions during that time – even when he was done working for the day; he sacrificed personal time to make sure that I was getting great service. We really wanted to buy the Sentra because Tyler worked so hard for us, but in the end, I knew that I had to get what was right for our needs.

A long story short, two days ago my husband had a few minutes and stopped in at the Broadway Automotive Chevy store to look at a Malibu. The car was a perfect blend of what we needed including a three inch wider back seat. We should have noticed the red flags right away, but to be honest, we both just wanted to make a decision and get the deal done. We knew we liked the Malibu. Shame on us for not immediately coming back to Gandrud. Needless to say, we were treated horribly. We were victims of the sit and wait….sit and wait…let me “talk” to my sales manager game. When I went to walk our two toddlers around the store after almost 30 minutes of waiting, I came across our salesman and his manager shooting the breeze and laughing. Again, I should have walked out right then and there. Exhausted and frustrated, we proceeded anyway. This afternoon (4/18/13) we went to sign the papers on a Malibu LT1. I had checked and double checked the numbers several times with my sales person, his sales manager, and their finance manager. (I am detailed to a fault, and I know I probably drove Tyler a bit crazy!) Nonetheless, I should have known better. Wouldn’t you know, the numbers all changed today as we were getting ready to sign the papers. It was beyond insulting and disrespectful. We demanded the title to our Lexus back and the keys. Before leaving, I insisted on speaking with the General Sales Manager who proceeded to tell me that it was my fault because I left after two hours in the dealership yesterday. (I guess two hours yesterday and two hours today wasn’t enough for them to make an honest deal!) I have never been treated so poorly and shown such disrespect. We left as quickly as we could.

As soon as we got home I called Gandrud Chevrolet and asked to speak to the sales manager. Steve answered quickly, and listened intently has I told him everything you have just read. I really wanted a Malibu and was hoping Tyler could sell us the car, so he could get his hard earned commission. Steve Arndt was very understanding and explained that it wasn’t an option, but that the sales guys understand these types of things happen. I told him all the numbers of our previous deal and what we were looking for. Within twenty minutes, Becky (Webb) called me to say she had found our exact car. Within a few quick and very pleasant phone calls, she and I worked out all the numbers, financing, and all details that come with buying a car. I felt like we were back “home.” And the bonus is she even got us a better interest rate!
I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate you and your team working in such a professional and positive manner. It has made all the difference. You have earned a customer for life, and I will forever recommend your family of dealerships to my friends and family. Thank you all for restoring faith in the car buying process, and for being all around wonderful people. We are looking forward to picking up our Malibu on Saturday!

1) You, and Gandrud's support of local youth sports. I had the pleasure of dealing with you for a couple years when my son was playing Green Bay Babe Ruth baseball. I appreciate the support you gave us and the huge number of other teams Gandrud supports. So Gandrud was my preference going into the process.

2) Your service department. Sam has always done a great job taking care of us when our Tahoe required service. The quick oil change service is always good.

I would like to commend your body shop for a job well done. November 7th my 2010 Silverado was damaged by some falling debri from a large truck. That same day I visited your repair shop and was greeted by Matthew Kopsi. Matthew promptly assured me that he could make the truck as good as new. He took pictures and worked with me to assure that we found all the spots that had been damaged.

November 19th I dropped off my truck and met with Matthew, he set me up with a great loaner car and even called my insurance man and transferred the necessary information. Much to my surprise he called me a few days later and gave me the good news that the repair work was completed early and that my truck was as good as new.

Since I am very particular about the paint/finish on my automobiles I made a close inspection of my truck. I have to admit that it looked like new and the blended finish and the new application of clear coat appears excellent.

I would like to commend Matthew Kopsi for a job well done. And the men that did the work obviously know exactly what they are doing.

My husband & I recently purchased a 2013 Chev Equinox from Gandrud. We were VERY pleased with the whole experience. The salesman, Zak Riha was very helpful, my husband is on crutches with a broken pelvis and Zak went out of his way to get the vehicles right to the door for us to test drive. Because we couldn't walk around the lot to look at vehicles Zak asked us questions to determine what was most important to us and then directed us to the vehicles that would best fill our needs. Zak's sense of humor helped made a difficult process much easier, he was patient and understood how hard a decision it was for us to pick out a vehicle. Everyone was very nice and we were treated very well. We wanted an extended warranty and that was explained very well. We would definitely come back to Gandrud again and recommend it to our friends.

We picked Gandrud originally because it is close to where we shop so we can have any service done without driving out of our way.
We are very happy with the Equinox.

The experience was the best we have had in years of buying vehicles. The stress was minimal and mainly for the ease of access to the inventory via the website. We knew exactly which two cars we wanted to consider. The single price requiring no negotiation took out the main source of stress. We verified the price as the best in the area, i.e., we were able to get a price we may have received elsewhere, but we didn't have to spend time doing the dance to get to it.

The service received by everyone was another reason for such a good experience. This includes the financing and mainly Chris the salesperson. Chris was genuine, pleasant and informative, which is not the usual case. We would highly recommend Gandrud and Chris to anyone and we already have.

I have purchased a few vehicles from Gandrud before. We moved out of the area about 9 years ago and recently moved back. Since moving back I have reinstated my habit of coming back to Gandrud for my service work and oil changes. I have always appreciated Bob Garies in service and I worked with Dan Mangless and Larry Zimmerman on some of their building projects. They've always been great guys to work with.

In my recent purchase I suddenly came into the market for a used vehicle. I appreciated how quickly I was able to get the trade-in on my old vehicle taken care of and back on the road in the Impala. Mike Cihak - as a new sales person - was efficient, knowledgeable and personable to work with.

I would say I was 99% satisfied with the purchase - the other 1% will come if I don't have any major issues with the Impala for the next 50,000 miles!

My husband and I worked with Dave Bjorkman two weeks ago to lease a new 2013 Equinox and we couldn't be happier. Ben and I first met Dave last fall. While our car was being serviced, we decided to start looking around at cars since we had planned to buy something in the summer/early fall of 2013. Dave was very accommodating and very helpful. We really appreciated that he didn't try to push or "hard sell" us a vehicle on the spot since we weren't ready to commit to a purchase at the time. Several weeks ago, we had that car towed to your facility where we worked with Steve in the service area to get our car back up and going. To our surprise, we had it towed a second time, one week later; and that's when we called on Dave's services again. When we met with Dave, we had three cars that we wanted to test drive and he was more than willing to help us out; in fact, he stayed late at work that evening to meet with us since my husband and my available times together are limited. We test drove those three cars and then Dave suggested the Equinox; needless to say, we fell in love with it! Concerned with the payments on a new vehicle, Dave introduced us to the idea of leasing and that was the direction we took. Working with several members of your team, we got a more than fair trade in value on our car, Ryan got us an approval on our financing application in 15 minutes and Dave just made the whole process a pressure free experience. Thank you to your team and especially Dave.

We purchased a Kia Sportage two years ago with Dorsch Ford and although we are happy with vehicle, their service and personnel do not match the quality of that at Gandrud. The car we traded in was purchased 2002 at your facility and I have only had it serviced at Gandrud. I have never had a bad experience with your service department and am excited that Steve said he could help us with servicing of our Kia too! We are happy to say that we are loyal customers of Gandrud and will be recommending our family and friends to work with Dave!

He came across as a very nice person who answered my few questions very well. He wasn't pushy or trying to sell me something I didn't want. I liked that.

I found out my trade in was a lemon. Don’t remember his name at this time, but thought he did that as well as someone could. Telling me that is. Can’t be easy telling someone that. Me personally, I liked the honesty.

My stepson Tyler recently purchased a used vehicle from a private party.  We brought the car in to be detailed.  Both Tyler and i were so impressed with Ed’s knowledge, courtesy, and attention to detail that Tyler knows where he is bringing his car for future service.

Your selection was down a quite a bit now, but I found the car that I was looking for. Dave B. did a very excellent job explaining all the good things about an Impala. I was hoping to get $1000 for my 1997 Buick on a trade in. I got $1100. We were very happy. I do like your 0ne price deal. No hassling or negotiating. We wanted to look at a Jeep Compass before we bought the Impala. I told Dave that we were going to walk across the street and look at one that you had there. Dave took us over there and we looked at it. We didn't like how it sat compared to the Impala. The Impala was much more comfortable. Your Dealership is the only one that we visited. It wasn't so much selecting Gandrud to purchase my vehicle. It was more like selecting the sales rep that I wanted to work with. Becky Webb is absolutely fabulous! She really shows she cares and wants to make sure she is not only meeting the customer's expectations, but making sure they are getting the best deal for their hard earned money. She spent a lot of time making sure she found the right fit for me in comfort as well as payments. I think I would follow Becky to any dealership she went. She was fantastic! I also have to give a big hand to her partner Daryl. When Becky was gone, he answered all of our questions and made sure we really understood how a lease worked. Neither of them felt as if they were salespeople. They both seemed to generally care about us as people rather than money in their pocket.
The business manager (Tony) at the Chevrolet dealership was knowledgeable and friendly and informative.
Overall, I definitely will choose Gandrud again and would highly recommend either Becky or Daryl to anyone looking to buy a car.

Why did you select Gandrud as your new car dealer?
While searching through several dealer websites, I stumbled upon Gandrud Chevrolet. I was pricing a 2012 Cruze with different places and used the “chat” feature on the website. I really liked the fact that I was immediately given the sticker price and the price Gandrud could get the car for me. No back and forth haggling or confusion.

Describe the most memorable thing about your experience.
The FAST service and willingness of the staff to go out of their way to make my buying experience enjoyable and relaxed. My salesperson stayed well past his ending work hours at 5pm (until 7) and even came in on his day off since that was the only day I could make it to Green Bay to pick up my car.

What can we do better to serve ‘the boss’?
It is a long process from driving the car to signing the final papers so it would be nice if your staff offered the customers a soda or water.

We went to Gandrud even though we live in Appleton because we liked the prices and had an unpleasant experience with a pushy salesperson here at Bergstrom. Bergstrom did not want to come down on a used 2011 Impala that we were looking at. But we soon realized the back seat of the newer Impala was too small for our needs and we started thinking about moving up from a sedan to an SUV. On a whim we drove to Gandrud to check them out because of the no-haggle pricing. Becky Webb came out with her smiling face almost immediately after we arrived to admire the Chev Equinox's. She was friendly and helpful, but never pushy. We had never driven an Equinox. Becky was extremely knowledgeable about all of the gadgets on the car. She was never pushy. After the test drive, we went inside and started making the deal. We told her we needed to think about it because we had never bought a brand new car before. We just wanted to make sure that the payments were comfortable for us. After a visit to our bank, we called back and confirmed that we wanted the car. We came back and sealed the deal. We could not be happier. The price was the same as many used Equinox's we've seen. We bought it because of the gas mileage, the roominess, and all of the safety features. We just really "clicked" with Becky and she was just wonderful from start to finish. She's really something! We also bought the extended warranty and had a great experience with Ryan, too.

Everything was great. I chose Gandrud Nissan because of the good experiences I've had at the Chevy and Dodge dealerships. I chose Nissan because of the reputation. The most memorable part was the test drive. I couldnt get over what a nice ride the Sentra is. I've always had big cars so this is a huge change for me. Also driving a vehicle with the CVT was a neat experience. As far as changing or doing something better, I have nothing. That's why I came back for the 3rd time in 8 months. I moved here from Marysville Ca. two years ago and I've always been a Chevy truck person. However after dealing with some other dealers in Green Bay and the surrounding areas (Neenah) I was preparing to purchase a different make. On the day I was to take delivery of a new (non Chevy) pickup I told my wife that I should give Chevy one more chance to sell me a truck. That's when I came to Gandrud. Happy Independence Day!I choose Gandrud to purchase from because I did some research on the internet prior to purchasing regarding Green Bay Dealers and you were the only one that came up with a 30/30 overall score rating, impressive. I know a few other people who have purchased vehicles from you and they have good things to say, so not worried about buying a lemon or feeling like you would get ripped off, especially being a single woman making the purchase, which sometimes happens.

Salespeople and everyone there is friendly, professional and polite, which is the way it should be!! Love the car, was immaculate when I picked it up, would definitely buy from you and again as well as recommend you and this car for anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. Wanted a 2010 or 2011 Nissan Altima as consumer reports listed that car as their top pick for those years, not for 2009 or 2012. Wanted one with a sunroof that did not have black leather interior, that was hard to find. Decided I could do without the sunroof, especially after my brothers shattered to pieces in his suburban over Memorial weekend.

Kudos to Ian for his knowledge, friendliness, professionalism and consideration in really listening to a customer!

Happy Independence Day!My wife and I had been toying with the idea of getting me in a newer more dependable car for quite a while but kept putting it off because we didn't want another big car payment to deal with. We had talked about the possibility of maybe leasing something but thought there might be more cons than pros with leasing a vehicle. Then I saw a commercial for Gandrud re: leasing a Chevy Cruze so thought we would look into it. The following week I decided I would stop after work and look at what you had to offer and maybe take a test drive. I must admit I am not a big fan of car dealerships, the whole experience usually makes me uncomfortable and usually felt I had no business being there in the first place since most sales people would just give me odd looks or just humor me a bit. I went to Gandrud the first time with my youngest son to check out the Cruze and I told him if I feel at all uncomfortable we're leaving. Shortly after we walked through the door we were met by Scott Sheroski who immediately introduced himself and made both my son and myself pretty comfortable with the way we were treated. We test drove a Cruze and loved it. I got home and told my wife that I had found our next vehicle. She and I went back the next day and both fell in love with the car and actually signed the lease and picked it up June 5, 2012. I really can't say enough about the way Scott treated all of us. It was nice to be treated with respect and a genuine interest in our concerns, no b.s. just straight talk. A week after I bought the vehicle I was still having trouble getting the OnStar activated. I called Scott and he asked if I could meet him at the dealership and he would help me out. No sooner had I pulled into a space in front of the building he was right there. We are so far very pleased with our Cruze and the whole Gandrud experience and may even come back some time in the future for a vehicle for my wife. Thank you to the team of employees who helped us out especially Scott.

We have gone to Gandrud for probably about 12 years now and in that time our family has purchased 7 cars from Gandrud. Our experiences buying cars at Gandrud have all been quite positive. The most memorable thing about this purchase, unfortunately, is that the car wasn't ready when we came to pick it up. Very unusual for Gandrud. Jared and the team worked hard and fast to get the car ready while we waited.

I am extremely satisfied so far with my brand new Malibu. I absolutely love it. Everyone that's been in my car has loved the ride and all the features. I love the race car dash board as I call it. The gauges are great. Oh and the chevy symbols in the back lights are so cute and finding out that the car has auto start was such a bonus. Well that's my opinion and I'm glad you asked. Answer: Well, one of them was when I took my car in just to have the brakes checked, and the service guy found a bushing that wasn’t going to last must longer.
Another time the serviceman found that part of my alignment could not be fixed, and he even gave his opinion that I could go without fixing it—he told me I just needed to rotate my tires a little more often. So I followed his advice, and saved some money.

Answer: Keep up the honesty about any car repairs.

The salesman that worked with me was good to work with, that would be Dave B. I haven’t had much of a chance to use the new car yet but I will be shortly.
I guess the only problem I have had so far is my insurance went up due from the fact I went from and 02 Buick to ’12 car.

It was your reputation for fair and no-hassle deals that led us to you and our recent purchase of a 2012 Nissan Altima.  I’m pleased to say you exceeded our expectations.

Andrew Butzine, Jason Krueger and Ryan Peterson were courteous, thoughtful and exceptionally helpful; keeping us informed about every step in what became a difficult process – for them, not us.  They located and obtained from a dealer in Southern Illinois exactly the vehicle we wanted, as well as got us a reasonable trade-in value for our vehicle, neither which was easy.

I want to emphasize that, regardless of whatever difficulty they ran into along the way, never did any of them give us a hint that it was that difficult.

Finally, when we presented them with a title for our trade-in, the title showed a loan (that was long ago paid off).  They quickly determined that indeed the loan was not active and they allowed us the next day to get a clear title from the bank.  Andrew then drove our newly purchased vehicle to our home and picked up the trade-in to drive back to Gandrud.

Only once in Maryland 25 years ago have I ever had such a positive experience at a dealership.  Even then, that experience does not match what we have had this week from your team.

We intend to tell everyone looking for a car that Gandrud is where they should go no matter where they live.  We will buy every vehicle from now on from gandrud.  We will begin by asking for Andrew, who was our point of contact throughout this process and led the effort to help us.  I am keeping his card to photocopy it for others who are in the market for a car.

CheerleaderI selected Gandrud for a few reasons. One my dad has been and always will be a huge fan of this company. He worked there for many years and along the way I’ve gotten to know Jeff Wautier and Steve Arent pretty well. I knew for sure that I wanted to purchase a car from them b/c I knew they would take care of my needs in a vehicle. They did their jobs above and beyond. It was the first brand new car I’d ever purchased and it was an exciting day for me all around. The most memorable moment was when both Jeff and Steve were there to congratulate me and to make sure that everything was top notch when I left the building. I just wanted to write and let someone know how happy I was with the body work I had done several months ago at the Gandrud Body shop. I have an '08 Impala that we purchased from Gandrud. We noticed that it was rusting in the trunk area so I brought it in for warranty work. It was no longer under warranty but Kevin (Keith?) (I feel terrible I don't remember his name) spoke with his manager and it was OK'd to be fixed as warranty work.
The work was done seamlessly and quickly and it was repaired so that you didn't even know it had ever been rusted. Plus they cleaned my car better than PDQ!
I was so impressed and I continue to tell people how happy I was with my service work at Gandrud.

We selected Gandrud to test drive a certified used vehicle that we learned about on the Internet. True story, when we got there to test drive the Silverado it did not start because of the theft detection being activated. We left and came back to test drive the vehicle again as well as a 2011 Silverado.

There are two memorable parts to our experience. The first is that after test driving the vehicle Scott or Dave did not pressure us into purchasing a new or used vehicle or any vehicle for that matter. We were given time to really do some research and figure out what we truly wanted to buy. This gave us the opportunity to look further into the 2011 Silverado and decide to purchase this vehicle rather than a used vehicle. We were also given a fair deal on our two trade-ins from Jesse and Jay found us an incredible interest rate. Throughout the whole process, Scott treated us with great respect answering all of our questions and making sure we had a clear understanding of our entire purchase experience. Scott also took the time to introduce us to all the features of the vehicle. For the two of us purchasing a brand new vehicle for the first time, this was definitely an incredible experience.

The second most memorable part of the experience was the way every individual at Gandrud treated our 14 month old son, Connor. Each individual said hello to him and talked to him. Even though he was a very active child, never did we feel that he was nuisance to anyone. He is our pride and joy and the way he was treated throughout this experience truly made our choice so much easier. For individuals at Gandrud to laugh with him, give him a beanie lobster, bubbles to play with and even sit down and play with him demonstrates what an incredible family oriented business you are. Not only do you take care of the "big people" but you also have great respect and concern for the "little people".
There is really nothing that you could have done better. Keep treating all people the way that you do and it makes for a truly memorable experience for everyone.
We were extremely happy with our experience and walked out of Gandrud feeling as though we purchased a vehicle and were incredibly satisfied with the outcome.

This was by far the most outstanding experience I have ever had at a car dealership in my life; I was completely blown away at the level of service I received from the point of drop off to pick up. I own my own business as well and I understand how hard and important it is in getting your employees to give the type of service and care as so the proprietor does. This is our 6th or 7th vehicle that we have gotten from Gandrud's. When you walk into the dealership either for service or purchases, you feel like they truly care about you. From Dan Mangless to the oil change dept. everyone is pleasant and treat you like they care about how your experience has been. If there is a question about something, they know the answer, never have we been asked to wait and they would have to look into getting the answer [they just knew it]. To us, it is very important that we have a dealership we can count on, and Gandrud's is that place.

Not only did I learn a lot from the Gandrud staff members about autos and their care, but I also appreciated the ladies' presentations. You were a very gracious hostess providing sweets and coffee in the morning and as well as the Jimmy John's lunch, coordinating the travel between the locations and the presentations, and even arranging door prizes (I don't think anyone left without something!). You guys are the BEST. No matter which service staff person I go to I am always taken care of in a quick & efficient manner. I have a 2002 Trailblazer with 393,000 miles on it.....never had any major engine or transmission work done on it. I was in the market to replace a 2002 Jaguar. We are normally Ford/Lincoln/Mercury people because of my former brother-in-law's employment with Ford allowing us the "A-Plan" pricing. We had looked at several dealers in the area but were not impressed with the customer service and the fact that they did not want to deal with a trade-in of the Jaguar. We saw the ad in the paper about Gandrud purchasing used vehicles. My husband had done some reading in Consumer Reports about the Nissan vehicles and was impressed with the ratings of so many of the vehicles. We also thought it was time for a change.
The customer service was excellent. Our sales person, Matt, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He was very efficient as were the other staff we dealt with. They were very accommodating and worked with us to handle everything in a very timely manner.

Trisha (office manager at Gandrud) recommended your Nissan Rogue as an alternative to the Toyota Rav 4 I was looking at that had some features that did not meet my needs. She speaks very highly of the dealership and thus, I came in for a test drive and within a month bought my new Rogue.

Initially the smooth ride of the Rogue and comfort. When picking up the vehicle, Jim, my sales rep, did an awesome job going over all the new bells & whistles. I did not have any of those on my old car.

In answer to your email, here are the good things and why we purchased at Gandrud. We were transferred to Green Bay in 2008 by my Employer. Moving to Green Bay from Phoenix when you are 61 years old may not seem to be the wisest thing to do, but in our work economy we have to do what we have to do, right? When we moved here we had a 2007 Saturn Outlook XR, that we just love. When Saturn Closed, we needed to have someone take care of our car and one of our neighbors suggested we bring it to your dealership, so we did. We have not had anything but great service from your team and a special thanks goes to Karen in the oil and lube department. She goes out of her way to make sure we are treated well and efficiently. Please thank her for that.
When we started to shop for a new car, I would drive through your lot and view your web site, but there just never seemed to be a car that just stuck out to me. I finally talked to Jeremy Hautala out in the lot one day, and explained to him what I was looking for and he took it from there. He spent the needed time to find the car we were looking for at an out of town dealer and your team took it from there and we made the deal. Jeremy is an excellent, hard working young man who will be a fantastic employee for your company. His follow-up is outstanding. He certainly did a Wonderful job selling and delivering our new LTZ Traverse. Thank you Jeremy!
Three other young people who we dealt with in the purchase trail were Tony Wauters, Derek Hellman, and Ryan Peterson. All three of these employees did an excellent job explaining their part of the purchase and made us feel important as customers. Visiting Ivan Gandrud Chevrolet we worked with Christian Haase. We shopped Chevrolet Malibu's here and at Broadway Automotive. While both dealerships had comparable prices, I chose to go through Ivan Gandrud because of the excellent service by Christian. I have two family members that work for Broadway and felt more comfortable working with Gandrud over Broadway Automotive. Christian was well-educated and very organized to work with which helped the process go very smoothly. I would tell people to go to Ivan's and deal with Christian in the future. We had the owner and general manager of Broadway calling us telling us to get the 2011 Chevrolet Malibu through them when we were signing the papers at Gandrud; but, nothing could top the service we received by Christian. "Completely Satisfied" in this survey does not accurately describe the service we received; I wish you had an "Exceeded your expectations" checklist. I am very pleased and will be recommending Gandrud in the future.

   Brought my Nissan in on Saturday for an oil change. Called ahead to check hours, and the gentleman with whom I spoke asked for my name, and got the paperwork ready for me ... was all set to go when I walked in.

Our experience at Gandrud was fantastic! We were greeted when we walked in with friendly smiles and hellos. We weren’t sure if we were going to buy a Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima. At no time did our Rep down the Toyota (very impressive!). He told us that they were both great cars and proceeded to tell us about the Altima. That's what did it! He explained everything that we asked - we took one for a test drive and fell in love with the Altima! We were in Green Bay for a Family Reunion (we live way up North - 4+ hours away). They completely went around our schedule. We will recommend the Gandrud dealerships to our friends and colleagues. You can bet we will be back! Thank-You!

Hi,
Just replying to your request of my experience with the purchase of the 2008 Impala.
    I found Gandrud Chevrolet on an internet search. I am very pleased with the services offered. I originally wanted to purchase a 2002 Grand Am. I found out my credit score was higher than I thought
it was... so I looked into buying a newer vehicle.
   The best part of my experience was after having Jared connect me with the customer service representative with OnStar... Jared closed the door in the car I purchased, and I gave him a thumbs
up. He did a double take back to me as in disbelief. I was so thrilled to be driving away in the 2008 Impala... I gave him another thumbs up. I'm sure he knew I was very satisfied.
   A+ Service across the board with everyone I met. A big thank you to everyone involved!
